All
Phase 1/2

This study is for adults with solid tumors that can't be removed by surgery, are advanced, or have spread to other parts of the body (called metastatic). The clinical study is in its early stages, known as phase I/Ⅱa, to see how safe HMPL-A580 is and find out the best dose to use. Solid tumors are abnormal masses of tissue that usually don't include liquid areas or cysts. Participants must be at least 18 years old and have a life expectancy of at least 12 weeks. They should also be able to perform daily activities with little or no help. Tests will check how the medicine affects the body, and if there are any side effects. The study is open-label, meaning both the doctors and participants know what treatment is given.

  • Study involves multiple visits over a period of time.
  • Participants can't have certain health issues like uncontrolled diabetes or active infections.
  • No compensation is mentioned; focus on safety and finding the right dose.
