Brexanolone Lifting Outcomes Of Moms is a research study looking at a new drug, LPCN 1154A, to see if it can help mothers with postpartum depression (PPD). PPD is when a mom feels very sad after having a baby. The study will see if LPCN 1154A can make these sad feelings better and check for any side effects.

Who can join? Women aged 15-45 who have had a baby within the last 18 months and felt very sad (depressed) since their second trimester or first month after delivery can join. But if someone has had serious mental health issues like bipolar disorder or schizophrenia, or has had seizures recently, they can't join.
