Phase 3

In this study, researchers are testing a new medicine called *telisotuzumab adizutecan* for treating a type of cancer called *refractory metastatic colorectal cancer* (when cancer has spread and is hard to treat). Participants will be randomly placed into two groups. One group will receive the new medicine with another drug called *bevacizumab*, both given through an intravenous (IV) line, which means it's delivered directly into the bloodstream. The other group will get the standard medicine called LONSURF (a combination of trifluridine and tipiracil taken by mouth) along with IV bevacizumab.

The study will last about 36 months, with up to 990 adults participating from around the world. Participants will visit a clinic or hospital regularly for check-ups, tests, and to see how the treatment is working. There may be more visits and tests than usual, which can be challenging.

  • Study duration is approximately 36 months.
  • Participants must attend regular medical visits.
  • There might be more tests compared to regular treatment.
