Phase 2

This study is testing a new medicine called **ORKA-002** for people with **Hidradenitis Suppurativa (HS)**, a skin condition that causes painful lumps. The study compares ORKA-002 to a **placebo** (a fake treatment) to see how well it works. Participants will receive ORKA-002 every 4 weeks for the first 12 weeks and then every 12 weeks afterward. The study has four parts: a **Screening Period** to check if you're eligible, a **Double-Blind Induction Period** where participants won't know if they're getting ORKA-002 or placebo, an **Open-Label Maintenance Period** where everyone gets ORKA-002, and a **Post-Treatment Follow-Up Period**.

To join, you need to have had HS for at least 6 months with specific symptoms and past issues with antibiotics. You cannot have other skin conditions or autoimmune diseases.

  • The study lasts for several months, with regular visits for treatment and check-ups.
  • Participants will receive the study drug for free and may be compensated for their time and travel.
  • Discuss potential risks and benefits with your doctor before joining.
