Phase N/A

This study tests the Medtronic Intrepid™ Transcatheter Tricuspid Valve Replacement (TTVR) System for people with severe tricuspid regurgitation. Tricuspid regurgitation (TR) is when the heart's tricuspid valve doesn't close properly, causing blood to flow backward. This trial compares two systems: the Medtronic Intrepid™ TTVR and the Edwards EVOQUE TTVR. To join, you must be 18 or older and have severe TR despite receiving the best possible medicine, known as Optimal Medical Therapy (OMT). A heart team should also agree TTVR is right for you. You can't join if you already have a tricuspid device or need emergency surgery.

  • The study is global and takes place in many centers.
  • It tests safety and how well the TTVR system works.
  • You must not have a tricuspid device or need urgent surgery.
