This study is looking at two treatments for people getting a kidney transplant. One is called frexalimab, given as a shot under the skin, and the other is tacrolimus, a capsule. The goal is to see which one works better and is safer. This study will last up to 5 years, with about 38 visits to the doctor. Only people aged 18 to 70 who are getting their first kidney transplant and have a low to moderate risk of the body rejecting the new kidney can join. Some people cannot join, like those who have certain infections like TB (short for tuberculosis), HIV, HBV (hepatitis B virus), or HCV (hepatitis C virus), or have a history of blood clots.
