Phase 2/3

This study looks at how safe and effective a new drug, called **pumitamig** (also known as **BNT327**), is when used with chemotherapy for treating **non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC)**. NSCLC is a common type of lung cancer. The study is in **Phase 2/3**, meaning researchers are testing how well the drug works and how safe it is. There are two substudies, A and B, each with two parts: Phase 2 and Phase 3. Participants will get different doses of pumitamig and chemotherapy. In Phase 3, some participants will get another drug, **pembrolizumab**, with chemotherapy.

The study lasts up to **64 months** for each participant. To join, you need to have certain types of NSCLC and meet other health criteria. If you have other types of cancer or certain health conditions, you might not be able to join.

  • Study Duration: Up to 64 months.
  • Participation involves taking drugs and having health checks.
  • Some health conditions may prevent joining the study.
