Phase 1

In this study, researchers are testing a new treatment called BPX-601, a CAR-T cell therapy. CAR-T cells are special cells made from a patient's own T-cells (a type of immune cell) which are modified to fight cancer. The study focuses on prostate cancer that has come back, doesn't respond to treatment, and has spread. Scientists want to find out what side effects may occur, the best dose, and if it can effectively treat the cancer.

To join this study, participants must have advanced prostate cancer that doesn't respond to usual treatments and has spread. They need to have tried at least two other treatments. Some people won't be able to join, like those with certain bone issues or blood problems.

  • **Length & Visits:** Participants will need multiple visits for treatment and monitoring.
  • **Risks & Side Effects:** There might be unknown side effects from BPX-601.
  • **Treatment:** BPX-601 therapy involves using your own cells to fight cancer.

Note: Other criteria may apply for participation. Always discuss with your doctor to understand if this study is right for you.
