Phase 2

This study is for people with a type of cancer called head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC). It looks at how two drugs, telisotuzumab adizutecan and pembrolizumab, work together to treat this cancer. Telisotuzumab adizutecan is an experimental drug given through a vein (intravenously). Pembrolizumab is a known medicine for cancer. People with cancer that has come back or spread and haven't had other treatments for it can join. They must have a protein called c-Met in their tumors. Around 180 people will join from many places worldwide.

  • The study lasts 67 weeks, with visits to a hospital or clinic every 3 weeks.
  • You might get more tests and procedures than usual care.
  • Regular check-ups will include medical assessments, blood tests, and questionnaires.
