Parkinson's disease (PD) affects movement and balance. It can make you shake, feel stiff, move slowly, and have trouble staying balanced. This study is looking at two types of exercise programs to help people with PD improve their movement, balance, and thinking. One program is called vestibular rehabilitation, which helps the balance system in your inner ear. The other is dual-task training, which combines thinking and moving exercises.
- 36 people with PD will join the study, split into three groups.
- Exercises happen twice a week for 8 weeks, each session lasts about 40 minutes.
- Tests before and after will check memory, attention, and balance.
The goal is to see if these exercises can help improve both body movements and brain functions. This research could help design better exercise programs for people with PD, making them safer and improving their quality of life.
